Maddy Rosenberg
Visit Maddy Rosenberg's website. Maddy Rosenberg’s paintings and prints lead us on a narrative and visual journey and in each lies a story to be seen and heard. Her paintings blend a brilliant use of color reminiscent of the Pre-Raphaelites with a whimsical vision of architecture of the sublime which, at times, appears to recede endlessly into space. Her attention to detail is precise and unerring while her imagination soars. Rosenberg’s imagery leads us into our own imaginations as we discover the stories of her vision. Rosenberg’s career shines with exhibits in Europe and in the United States. Her work may be seen in the collections of MOMA, The Tate Modern, in London, Sanzespace in Madrid, Cite’ Internationale des Arts in Paris, to name a few. She is a recipient of the National Endowment for the Arts Grant along with a grant from the Gottlieb Foundation and residencies at Fundacion Valparaiso and Atelier Slasburger Kinstlerhaus.
